What is Personal Online Banking?

First National’s Personal Online Banking is our online service that allows you to access your account information and transfer funds 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Within Personal Online Banking, you can:

  • View real-time account balances, check images and history
  • 24-hour access to checking, loans and CDs
  • Export history to financial software or spreadsheets
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Pay bills online

How much does Personal Online Banking cost?

It’s FREE to use! Additionally, there is no charge for Bill Pay services for personal checking accounts (fees may apply to rush payments).

What if I forget my Password?

Click on the “forgot password” link on the login screen

When are my Personal Online Banking transactions updated to my account?

First National’s Personal Online Banking uses the latest internet security available, including secure communications (SSL), firewalls, 128 bit encryption, and operating systems that have been designed to provide maximum security. Can I download my transactions to financial software?

Yes, there are four formats available. Currently supported are:

  • Comma-separated values (.csv)
  • Microsoft Money (.ofx)
  • QuickBooks 2005 & newer (.qbo)
  • Quicken 2005 & newer (.qfx)
This feature can be found under the Download menu within your account.

Can I pay bills using Personal Online Banking?

Yes, you can pay a company or a person through our easy to use bill pay. You can even set up recurring payments that are scheduled weekly, semi-monthly or monthly. Bill Pay eliminates the need for writing checks and addressing envelopes. Additionally, there is no charge for Bill Pay services for personal checking accounts (fees may apply to rush payments).

Can I issue stop payments?

No, but you can view stop payments that have already been issued. Please call us at 918-251-5371 to issue a stop payment.

Do I need to “Log Off” when I’m finished?

Yes, leaving you computer logged on allows anyone else to sit down and continue the active session. You should always log off whenever you walk away from your computer. For your security, we have a 10 minute time limit that will automatically end your session if there is no activity for that length of time.
